SPC Flooring Warranty
This warranty is granted by ECO HOUSE, applies to the original purchaser, and is non-transferable.
Important:
ECO HOUSE warrants that the SPC floors will be free from visual defects for the period specified in this warranty. The customer or installer must carefully inspect each plank before installation. The warranty does not cover any claims related to visible defects once the floor 1 is installed.
ECO HOUSE reserves the right to verify defects through samples for technical analysis or inspection. In case of manufacturing defects, ECO HOUSE will replace the corresponding materials. Otherwise, ECO HOUSE reserves the right to dismiss claims against this warranty.
WHAT IS COVERED?
ECO HOUSE warrants that the floor will not delaminate and is free from manufacturing defects, including dimensions, thickness, plank stability, etc., according to ASTM F3261 standards.
ECO HOUSE warrants that, during the period indicated in the table below, the wear layer will not wear through.
Scratches, dents, or reduction of gloss are not considered wear. Wear is defined as the wearing away due to light to moderate pedestrian traffic that does not affect the product's design layer.

The vinyl planks are water-resistant and will not warp or lose their integrity when exposed to common household spills (water, wine, cleaners without harsh chemicals).
What is Waterproofing?
The vinyl planks are 100% waterproof. Household spills should be cleaned immediately to prevent the growth of mold and mildew.
The planks must be installed correctly according to ECO HOUSE installation instructions. Special notes:
√ Humidity 30% to 55%, temperature 15°C to 30°C, pH 7 to 9, and subfloor flatness must be less than 4.8 mm (3/16") over a distance of 3 m (9.86 ft).
√ A 12 mm (15/32") gap is required along walls and fixed objects for expansion at higher temperatures. Ensure no grout remains on the wall.
√ Do not fasten planks with nails or glue.
√ Room length does not exceed 10 m (32.8 ft).
This warranty does not cover any problems related to installation failures.

Please note that even after intense and constant sun exposure, fading may persist. If you have large windows that let in intense sunlight for long periods, consider using rugs or lowering blinds during those times to prevent fading.
